This package is only included when four tyres are purchased and fitted, balanced and aligned at TJP Auto in the same booking.
Single tyres, tyres fitted elsewhere, or tyre-only sales are not eligible.

This ensures your vehicle handles correctly and your tyres last longer — backed by a team who genuinely care about your safety.

Covers eligible road hazard damage and manufacturing defects.

If the tyre cannot be safely repaired, we’ll replace it pro-rated to remaining tread depth.

🛡 What’s Covered

This protection applies only to tyres that

• Are purchased in a set of four from TJP Auto

• Are fitted, balanced and aligned by TJP Auto

• Have 50% or more tread depth remaining at time of claim

• Are used within recommended load ratings and normal driving conditions

• Have not been previously repaired elsewhere

Coverage includes:

• Eligible road hazard damage (e.g. potholes, debris impact, accidental kerb strike)

• Eligible road hazards include:
  Potholes, road debris damage, accidental kerb strikes.

• Manufacturing faults and defects

We will assess the tyre condition and determine if repair or replacement is required.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

To keep the warranty fair, protection does not apply if damage is caused by:

• Uneven wear from worn suspension or ignored misalignment

• Under-inflation, driving on a flat, or failure to maintain tyre pressure

• Motorsport use

• Off-road damage where clear abuse is evident

• Damage caused while driving on a deflated or flat tyre

• Failure to correct alignment or suspension faults after notification

• Any damage occurring while outside recommended load limits or towing capacity

• Cuts or abrasions caused by off-road sharp rocks or track obstacles

• Tyres with less than 50% tread remaining

• Overloading, unsafe towing setup, or incorrect tyre selection for usage

• Rim-only or cosmetic damage

📄 Claim Process

Making a claim is easy:

1️⃣ Return the vehicle and tyre to TJP Auto
2️⃣ Provide your TJP Auto purchase invoice
3️⃣ Our technician inspects the tyre and confirms eligibility
4️⃣ We repair where safe — or supply a replacement if needed
5️⃣ Replacement tyres are pro-rated to tread depth
(e.g. 70% tread remaining = you only pay 30% of tyre cost)

🔧 How to Keep Your Coverage Valid

To ensure continued protection:

• TJP Auto must perform all tyre-related work under this package

• Maintain correct tyre pressures at all times

• Promptly return if handling changes or warning symptoms appear

• Tyre rotations recommended every 10,000km

• Any repairs, evaluations or adjustments must be carried out by TJP Auto

• Failure due to misuse, neglect, or ignoring advice given may void coverage

• Use tyres within vehicle load limits and appropriate driving conditions
