🛡 What’s Covered

Our warranty protects you against defects in

✔ Workmanship — how the repair was performed
✔ Parts — if a part we replace fails due to a manufacturing defect

If a covered component we have installed fails due to incorrect installation or defect

we fix or replace it.

This warranty applies only to the parts we supply and the repairs we perform.
It is not a warranty for the entire vehicle.

🔧 Warranty Conditions

To ensure reliability and ongoing safety, your vehicle must

• Be serviced by TJP Auto every 6 months or 10,000 km
• Remain within legal load + towing limits
• Not be modified in a way that affects the repair

• Not transferable if vehicle is sold

• All warranty inspections, diagnoses, and repairs must be completed at TJP Auto.
• Warranty claims cannot be processed or reimbursed for work carried out by other workshops or individuals.
• Have all repairs and inspections completed by TJP Auto

• Only Applicable to repairs completed on or after the 8/12/2025

If these requirements aren’t met, coverage reverts to 6 months / 10,000 km from the original repair date.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply where issues are caused by

• Lack of maintenance or not returning for service
• Continued driving with a known fault
• Misuse, off-road abuse or motorsport
• Overloading, incorrect towing practices
• Wear-and-tear on consumable items
• Damage from unrelated faults or failed components
• Repairs or alterations performed elsewhere

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Our services (or goods and services) come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

For major failures with the service you are entitled to cancel your service contract and get a refund … If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have the service problems rectified in a reasonable time.

TJP Auto reserves the right to assess the vehicle and determine whether the issue constitutes a major or non-major failure in accordance with ACL definitions and guidelines.
